Neymar served as a playmaker for Messi in the first half of PSG’s 2022 Trophee des Champions Final against Nantes, sending in a deft pass over the Argentine in the final third. Messi was able to recover the ball from that point and beat Nantes goalkeeper Alban Lafont for a simple goal.
As for Neymar, he has continued where he left off from the previous campaign, contributing to at least one goal in each of his last eight PSG outings.
